Please be advised that we ask the patient to contact the surgery for all test results Monday - Friday after 3pm. You can slo go through KLINIK with any queries.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results within 7-10 working days of receipt of them, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- phone us after 3pm to ascertain the GP comments are and if any further action is required
