The lines are closed between 13:00 and 14:30.

The lines at 8:30 and 14:30 are very busy with patients seeking urgent appointments, if your enquiry is of a less than urgent nature you may wish to try after 11:00 or 16:00

Alternatively the online service KLINK is available on the home page of this website. KLINIK is a straightforward system to use and is reviewed on a regular basis. Using this system will save the frustration of hanging on the telephone. It can be used for seeking advice on new and existing conditions. It can also be used for ordering and querying repeat prescriptions. It can be accessed using a Smart Phone.

Other avenues available for patient use are either the 111 service or the NHS self care web page - www.nhs.uk/conditions/ - or your local pharmacist for advice and guidance on many minor ailments.

For home visits we ask that these are booked before 10am in order that we can assess the surgery workflow for the day. These appointments can be booked by phoning (01494) 813396.
